Commitment to Excellence
The NBCA Middle School seeks students who want the challenge of academic excellence in a loving, Christian environment and can succeed in a traditional classroom setting. We strive to provide each student with the opportunity to reach his or her own potential. Each student is uniquely made by our Creator and is encouraged to strive for individual excellence in all that they do. We begin each day with devotions and prayer, students attend daily Bible classes, and we hold lively chapels each week. We work to encourage the whole student--spirit, mind, and body.

Academic Development
Biblical truth is a thriving and daily part of all curriculum. Our faculty utilizes an interdisciplinary style of instruction. Small class sizes and dedicated teachers promote consistent interaction between faculty, students, and parents, creating a stimulating environment for learning. We prepare our students for the challenges ahead, both academically and spiritually. Each student's academic program consists of courses in language arts, mathematics, science, history, Bible, computer, P.E., and elective courses.
Student Life - Commitment to Character
Our middle school fosters positive leadership and growth with a Christlike emphasis. Children are individuals with God given gifts, and we nuture each child's individual leadership potential. We see the middle school years as a time when students should experience the many opportunities available to them in academics and extracurricular activities.

Extra Curricular Activites
Many opportunities are available at NBCA. Clubs, publications, athletics, band, chorus, Spanish, speech and TAPPS are all offered. Find out more here.

Athletics
Every student participates in a daily P.E. course or athletic period. All students are encouraged to participate in our competitive sports programs, and our Wildcats and Ladycats sports teams have a strong history of success. There are many sports to choose from, find out more here.

Application Process
Contact the Admissions Office, by calling (830) 629-6222, to schedule a visit. A campus tour is a good way to determine if NBCA is the right school for your family. An interview and tour will be scheduled with a member of the Admission Committee.

Print, complete and return an application packet with the appropriate application fee, a copy of the applicant's last report card and most recent standardized test scores. Request that your school forward copies of a complete grade transcript directly to New Braunfels Christian Academy (mailing address). We also ask that copies of any additional information (such as educational testing and/or personal evaluations) be provided.

Give recommendation forms (obtained from the Admissions Office) and envelopes to the applicant's current English and Math teachers. Advise the teachers to send or fax the completed form directly to New Braunfels Christian Academy Admissions Office (fax number).

Once the your application has been received you will be contacted concerning the entrance exam, and class visits can be scheduled through the Admissions Office.

New admissions are accepted throughout the year if space is available. Available positions for the next academic year are determined after re-enrollment in February. Admission decisions are made after the applicant's file is complete with an application, entrance test scores, standardized test scores, copy of report card, copy birth certificate, and recommendations.
