Athletics

Overview

The New Braunfels Christian Academy recognizes that athletics are an important part of the formative process for young people, and we - in partnership with parents - encourage students of all ability levels to participate in a sport. Our athletic program is a natural extension of the school curriculum that not only promotes fitness, but also nurtures the personal growth and development of each student. Athletics inherently teaches life skills and qualities such as: integrity, commitment, a hard work ethic, competitiveness, discipline, dependability, goal setting and loyalty.

Proud home of the Fighting Wildcats, the New Braunfels Christian Academy athletics program is available to students in grades six through 12 and strives to achieve excellence while honoring God through fitness and contest. We play to win on every occasion, but are mindful that it’s not about the destination. It’s about the journey and the creation of memories that stay with the individual for a lifetime. We boast a number of regional, bi-district and district titles in various team sports and final four appearances; but, the greatest accomplishment is graduating young people who are prepared for life’s challenges and obstacles with a biblical foundation and a Christ-like character.
